Alida Restaurant Supply began in 1994, with the first Phoenix, Arizona Alida location opening with a simple purpose: help foodservice operators get dependable equipment, supplies, and furniture at competitive prices. Over the next 25 years, Alida built its reputation by staying focused on the fundamentals that matter to customers: fair pricing, quality products, practical guidance, and service that supports real foodservice businesses.

That steady growth and long-term success created the foundation for Alida’s next chapter: opening a second location in Plano, Texas, a fast-growing hub for restaurants, franchises, independent operators, and entrepreneurs across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Today, Alida serves restaurants, cafés, bars, bakeries, schools, hotels, caterers, and foodservice teams across North Texas with restaurant equipment, smallwares, supplies, and furniture for everyday service, replacement needs, and new projects.
