Many suppliers carry additional products that may not be listed on this website. Alida Restaurant Supply & Design also works with a wide range of vendors beyond those featured online.
If you are looking for a specific product, brand, category, or manufacturer and do not see it listed on this website, please contact us. We may still be able to source it for you.
7. Quote Requests and Pricing
Submitting a quote request through this website does not constitute a purchase, order, or contractual agreement. Quote requests are non-binding and subject to review by Alida Restaurant Supply & Design.
All pricing, availability, specifications, freight, delivery, installation, taxes, and applicable terms must be confirmed by our team before an order is finalized.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. If pricing changes before a quote is approved, we will contact you with an updated quote.
Once a quote is approved and signed, the quoted pricing is locked in for 30 days from the date of signature unless otherwise stated. Alida Restaurant Supply & Design reserves the right to cancel or adjust quotes or orders in the event of pricing errors, product inaccuracies, supplier changes, or other incorrect information.
8. Orders and Transactions
No order is considered final until confirmed in writing by Alida Restaurant Supply & Design. Additional terms may apply depending on the products or services requested, including payment terms, shipping, freight, delivery, installation, storage, warranty, special order requirements, and manufacturer-specific conditions.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all quote and order details before approval, including product model numbers, quantities, dimensions, finishes, voltage, gas type, accessories, delivery requirements, and any other specifications relevant to the order.
9. Returns and Restocking Policy
Alida Restaurant Supply & Design wants customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you need to request a return, please review the following guidelines:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Returns must include the original receipt.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.
- All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Please note:
- Special order items are non-returnable.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Returned items may be refused if they are used, damaged, missing parts, missing packaging, or not in resalable condition.
